Rates

Our rates vary with the season, from low off season rates to week long summer rates:

High season June 23, 2018 - September 3, 2018

Weekly $1550

Low Season May 1, 2018 - June 22, 2018 and September 4, 2018 - October 31, 2018

Weekly $1000

Weekend in off season (2 nights) $200 per night

50% of weekly rate due at booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation fee of $250 is non-refundable. $250 security deposit due at time of booking which will be refunded within 7 days of departure. This $250 ensures replacement costs are covered if anything is damaged.

Weekly rentals run from Saturday - Saturday. Check in time 3pm - Check out time 11am
